How long can I rent a dress?
Standard rentals are for 5 nights/6 days. If you are traveling and need the gown longer, we also offer additional night rental options at no charge in most cases, however, fees do apply for extended time use. Late fees ($25/day) will apply for dresses returned after the agreed-upon return date.

I live outside of Austin. Can you ship to me?
Yes! We do ship outside the Austin/Round Rock, Texas area. Please call or email for further details.

How do I return my dress?
Returning the dresses you've borrowed is quick and easy. Choose either of the simple steps below:

Option #1: You or someone you know can stop by our location to return the item in person.

Option #2: Mail the item back to our location.  (Use a tracking number.  Please note you are responsible for lost gowns in the mail system.)

What happens if I return my dress too late?
We ask our clients to make every effort to make returns in a timely manner, as someone else may have reserved the dress for another special occasion. In the event of a late return, the client is assessed a $25/day late fee.  We do make exceptions to this fee if you call us to let us know the status of the return, however, a phone call does not exclude you from late fees in all cases.

Who pays for shipping and handling?
The renter will pay a S/H fee assessed with the order each time a dress is rented online or asked to be shipped to a location. Typically, the S/H charge is $15.00 for slim/medium fullness gowns and $30.00 for large to full gowns.

What, if any, taxes and fees apply to my order?

• Standard Tax rates do apply to all orders.
• A small cleaning fee of $10.00 for dresses and $25.00 for wedding gowns will be charged for each item, but can be waived for repeat buyers or referral customers as our "Thank you" for telling a friend about us!
• A damage waiver can be purchased for $8.00 (not required) which acts as an "insurance" for your gown during use.  Should a button fall off or seam come loose, you will not be charged for the repairs.  The damage waiver does not include neglegence of use, lost or stolen items, etc.
• Late fees of $25.00/day apply to all items not returned by scheduled return date.
• Fees apply if item is not returned in original condition which can be for repairs of the gown or additional cleaning not covered in the cleaning fee.  If gown is lost, stolen or damaged beyond repair, renter forfeits security deposit and must purchase gown at retail value.

Are these "new" items? What condition are the items in?
All of our items are either "new" or in "like new" condition. Some will be worn for the first time by you.  We hold high standards for our designer dress collection and offer our clients nothing less than the best.  On that note, these are rented gowns.  Even though they are inspected and in great condition, some dresses will have areas that only you could tell was unique about the gown (permanant stain on the inside of the gown, repaired area, etc.) but not noticible on the outside.

Expand your wardrobe-borrow a new dress whenever you want. Save money by resisting the urge to accumulate a closet full of dresses that cost a fortune-but are quickly outdated.

What if the dress I'm renting becomes dirty or damaged? 
We like to think of our network of customers as an extended group of friends with access to our closet. We therefore ask clients to make every effort to treat the dress as if it were on loan from a dear friend and return it to our boutique in the same condition as received.  We expect the dresses to have natural wear- that is why ever dress is professionally cleaned upon return.

No additional fee will be assessed for instances of everyday wear and tear or for removeable stains as dirt, food or make-up. In cases where dresses are returned abused, permanantly stained, damaged beyond everyday wear and tear, lost, stolen, etc. your security deposit will be charged a reasonable repair or replacement fee. Some items, however, are not easily replaceable and a fee, up to full retail value as noted on the dress tag, may be charged.

What happens if I fall in love with a dress and want to keep it? Can I buy it? 
Yes! Many of our items are available for purchase. Simply email or call us to request more information. If your selected dress is available for purchase, we will be happy to sell the gown to you and apply the rental fee toward the purchase of the gown if completed in one transaction before the rental return date.  This does not apply on past orders and is non-transferable.  Some gowns are NOT available for sale so please talk to an associate for more information.
