"Classy Concepts window designs is an incredible business, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for custom window treatments. (And in fact, I already have recommended them several times.) We ordered blinds for our entire house from them, and one year later, we're still thrilled with the quality and functionality. One blind did have a very slight problem on initial installation, and the crew came out and fixed it for no charge and with no hassle. They stand behind their work 100%.
 Our great room has 17-foot ceilings. Classy Concepts installed motorized blinds on the upper windows, controlled with a remote. We have three different types of blinds: Wood, sheer, and honeycomb, and they all fit perfectly and work exactly as they should." J. Looney
"Classy Concepts was a life saver to me. Unfortunately, I had already bought my dress from another store by the time I had found out about Classy Concepts, but all of my girls rented their dresses from there. If I would have realized Classy Concepts was out there I would have most definitely went through this store for everything. The owner has great integrity and is so friendly you feel like you've known her all your life. You will be very comfortable in her store. My dress didn't end up arriving in Austin until 4 days before the wedding, talk about a headache. With this being said, I didn't trust that annoymous store for alterations and asked Classy Concepts if she would help me out. She was getting ready to go on a vacation and she went completely out of her way and stayed up all night to make sure my dress was going to fit me the next day. This wasn't an easy task either, my dress was covered with Swarovski Crystals and lace. Needless to say she was my life saver. AND I ended up renting a beautiful pillow for the ring bearer to carry with him as well. I highly recommend Classy Concepts for all of your bridal needs.  "Any wedding is a very special event that takes a lot of effort to organize. My situation was also slightly unusual....English, marrying a gorgeous American, had only lived in Austin since December, unsure of where to find anything and the wedding was in early May!
Finding Classy Concepts was the perfect answer to my dilemma. In England, renting your wedding dress is a very popular route to go down, - so that's exactly what I did. I knew precisely what style I wanted, but when I walked into Classy Concepts I was amazed at the selection I was offered. The owner and I searched through several rows of wonderful dresses before finally selecting 7 for me to try.
During this time we had a lot of fun together, talking about our different lives and the plans for my wedding. It was a casual, no-pressure approach and time simply flew by. Eventually, the choice was made, - and I found the most beautiful gown which helped to make my wedding the best day of my life! I was given all the help I needed, nothing was too much trouble and we went on to select a head-dress and veil and even the jewelery to complete my outfit.
 Then a problem arose. My bridesmaid arriving from England, couldn't get to Austin until the Friday before our wedding on the Sunday.....leaving just 2 days to decide on her outfit and make any alterations. Did I panic? Yes, slightly, - but I was calmly told that was fine. We chose 3 dresses which we hoped might fit and they were put to one side. I took my bridesmaid into the shop and while they fitted her dress I tried mine on to check that the alterations were ok. They were, - we were ready to go!
